Recycle with Ecosmol at home and clean up collectively right now
In Europe, we currently use 16 tonnes of material per person per year, of which 37.5%, six tonnes become waste. Although the management of that waste continues to improve in the EU, the European economy currently still loses a significant amount of potential ‘secondary raw materials’ such as metals, wood, glass, paper, plastics in present waste streams.
How can you reduce the amount of waste?
Improving waste management helps to reduce health and environmental problems, and greenhouse gas emissions. It also helps to avoid negative impacts such as landscape deterioration, water and air pollution as well as littering.

Turning waste into a resource and reusing is key towards a circular economy. We help users become conscious of their waste, reduce the waste they create and move towards a zero waste culture together. We organize "plogging" activities where we run and collect trash on the coasts of Europe, zero waste workshops, zero waste consulting and events.
