Price

All prices are stated in EUR (Euro) and include taxes and fees. We reserve the right to change or adjust any prices on the website. Customer is responsible for customs declaration in non-EU-countries.

Order information

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you filled in at checkout. If something turns out to be wrong in the order confirmation, such as delivery address, invoice address or the product, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]

Delivery

Delivery in Finland 1-3 days, Nordics 3-5 days standard, rest of Europe 3-7 days, (rest of the world 6-14 days). Does not include the shipping day. Please confirm the delivery time for larger orders via e-mail.

The shipping cost will vary depending on where in the world the order is to be shipped. The exact cost of your delivery will be visible at checkout when you fill in your delivery address. Delivery costs for larger shipments to be consulted via e-mail: [email protected]

All our packages are sent with Post/DHL. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking code to follow your delivery.

Payment

We accept credit card (Paytrail and Klarna) and Paypal.

Exchange and return

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy to all of our products. To return or exchange a product: Send an email to: [email protected] and let us know which product you wish to return or exchange. We appreciate if you really think through your purchase before placing an order. Sending things back and forth is not good for the environment. 

We handle every possible return request from case to case and try to do everything for our customers. With that said, please note that you as a customer will be charged for the return shipping cost. The cost will vary based on the item and where it will be shipped from.

Complaint

If there is any damage to your item, please send us your order number together with photos as soon as possible to [email protected].

We take no responsibility and disclaim responsibility in situations such as wars, natural disasters, non-delivery from subcontractors or other situations (Force majeure) outside Niimaar control that could not have been foreseen. As we cannot fulfill the agreement entered into, the purchase is canceled, and we take no further responsibility.
